6th March A moment of gratitude
Last day of lates thank fuck. Get a HBB, not proud of it but it saved some dosh and had a trainee listening in as I did it. Jess was ok but baffled by it all. Find it quite stressful being listened to, don’t help that the splitter lower’s the volume. Think my value’s been shite too.

3rd shift of lates, uninspiring am knackered. Nipped to Lidl with a list and cook the most uninspiring meal. C not happy at the dishes in the sink, in my defence nothing to do with me, S and R dishes.
Day two of lates and a sneaky HBB. Value is shite. Absoulutely knackered.
1st of the lates and I’m struggling. Thank gawd for Kawa’s. Still struggle with a late start, too early to do much, too late to not do something.
Sunday and I’m in… at least there is Pizza. Phone the boy and Mum as usual, watch the Throw Down and Call the Midwife. More importantly home to meal cooked by C including dumplings. Love ’em!
Curry night, a Punjabi Tomato Curry with Chicken, rice and Naan. Slow cook and caramalise some onions. Also bake some fruit scones. Wee shop with C earlier and swift pint. Pump up the bike tyres in anticipation of tomorrow’s cycle to work.
Friday and I’m given a list. But first its time to sort the panniers on the bike in daylight. Discover I’d put them on back to front. Relatively easy to sort. Pop in the bike locks and job’s a good’un.

A slightly better day, copped out of the cycle to work. Was too shattered this morning.
