From where I standJourney back from Leeds today and prompt of From Where I Stand – well I stood there yesterday.  Up late and don’t have time for planned scran and coffee.  Just had to jump the train.  Thank fuck coffee was available at Picadilly.

Jump train to Wallgate and then bus home.  Am totally shattered but edit the pics and get them uploaded.

Glad to see C.

Glimmer 4First day off and Glimmer 4.  Chase up to to the laundrette and sit there for a while reading, listening to tunes and generally chilling.  Back home, nip out for a bit to get some shopping and a subway.  Grab a bit of a kip and then meet C off the bus.  Nip to the lickers and wait on the bonus slip fury.  Mine is positive so that’s cool.  Geoff comes in we buy him a drink.  Nip to the bank for C.  Home and a quick curry for R, S and myself and a chicken salad for herself.

Laundrette on the day off, usual change collection route, cash machine, newsagents, chicken shop and coffee at the Tom and Gerry. Bob back to the house to fetch the laundry and it’s away I go. Soundtracks to Ride’s ‘4 EPs’. Read ‘Keep Music Evil’ as I do the laundry. Follow up with ‘Methodrone’ from The Brian Jonestown Massacre.

C meets me at laundrette and we repair unto the Gerry for a swift drink. Flip flop about eating there and decide against.  Instead sourdough rye and turkey bacon sarnies at home.  Surprisingly tasty!

Next on the agenda a trip to the Turkish Barbers in anticipation of the holiday which begins on Monday next week.

P60 arrives, am feeling really down right now, combo of anxiety and depression not helped by dwelling on a whole heap of shit!  It’s not a great place to be!  Still onwards and upwards and all that bollocks.  

C continues to prepare for our jaunt to Scarborough.

Finally getting this place into some semblance of order and beginning to catch up with the photoaday.
