6th January – My Shoes Day
Tuesday and the first day of driving C to work. The roads are truly horrible, icy and bits of snow. On way to the school we discovered the boot was open. Pulled in sorted it. Was tbh a bit stressed by road conditions and the unknowns of getting to work on time (turned out reet!)
Day was ok but full of numptiness. Home and takeaway tonight because we had suddenly moved to three for tea rather than the pair of us.

Working the weekend so will need to plan food for then, but at least I have a plan for the next couple of days.

A quiet moment

The laundry I ignored… on a day off. Catch up on sleep, do a bit of housework.
Shouldn’t be here, yep that’s how it felt, a slightly better day but still shit!
I forgot I owned this… the trolley token from the Nationwide goodie bag.
Day off and I sleep, sort all of the washing up and sort the cat’s litter trays. Traditional Friday pint with C at the lickers. Glimmer 25 and it’s Elsie starring in her cat tunnel.
Glimmer 24 and stamps with Betty that must really piss off Charlie are still on sale! Needed to post some stuff to HMRC for herself. Last of three shifts before being off and keep the calls down and the sales up. Shit value like but hopefully everything will balance.
Wednesday and things get a bit better. Struggling with the old mental health a but work helps. Glimmer 2 see’s me at the open air gallery in town. People apparently Mek Wigan.
